Another sad story and it makes me wonder why someone got only probation for sexually molesting a 7 year old child for years.
SOUTH BEND — A 36-year-old woman pleaded guilty Thursday to repeatedly molesting a child relative.
Holly Rhodes admitted in court to Class C felony child molestation for inappropriately touching a young boy starting from the time he was about 7 years old.
As part of a plea agreement, the state dismissed two counts of Class A felony child molestation against Rhodes.
The agreement includes a binding sentence of six years in prison, all suspended and served on probation. - Read the entire article here
