A case from Texas that went to trial and the step-mother was found guilty:
SEGUIN — A Guadalupe County woman faces 18 years in prison after a jury found her guilty of sexually assaulting her 13-year-old stepson.
Alaine Denise Vorheier, 36, was convicted Thursday of four counts of sexual assault, three counts of indecency with a child and one count of prohibited sexual conduct. She was found not guilty of another four counts of sexual assault. The jury, consisting of five men and seven women, sentenced Vorheier the same day.
During four days of testimony, Assistant District attorneys Mark Kimball and Tom Mitchell presented evidence that Vorheier had engaged in sexual acts numerous times with her stepson, as well as a DNA paternity test showing that the boy was likely the father of one of her children.
The sexual abuse was bad enough but this case demonstrates something that male victims can have added on to be even more abuse. That is that their abuser can become pregnant from abusing them. And it is more than possible that the VICTIM may be forced to pay child support to his abuser. It has happened in other cases like this one.
More from the article:
“They believed in this case and gave it all they had,” Hollub said in a press release. “I am even more proud of the juries we have in Guadalupe County, not only did they hold Ms. Vorheier accountable for the terrible things she did, they gave her an appropriate punishment recognizing that women as well as men cannot be allowed to victimize our children.”
“In this particular case, Dr. Carter did a good job explaining the dynamics between two people, the unequal balance of sexual power and the position of authority that Vorheier was in,” he said.
And my favorite comment, one which gives me hope that more and more people are coming around is this one:
“The reason this particular case is important is because these kind of cases — with a male victim and female perpetrator — don’t go to trial that often, he said. “Things change and people are realizing that boys are still kids, they need to be protected, too.” - Read the entire article here

You are so right. Years ago a friend of my mother had a son 12 years old and he was sexually assaulted by their 20 + year old housekeeper. The mother was disabled and this women helped around the house. She got pregnant by the 12 year old and he was forced to pay child support from age 13 on. There is something seriously wrong with our Judicial system. I never could understand that.
